Complete 100 squats facing a wall with your feet 2 inches from the wall without touching the wall with any part of your body. Not For Time.

4 rounds for time
Run 400m
40 squats
40 walking lunges

    5 rounds of:
    9 squats
    7 kb swings
    5 pushups

    I did 3 reps per round...good to be back after being sick all week.

    Yoga was great on Sunday!
