"Work Capacity 101ish"
With a running clock perform the following circuit every two minutes for 20 minutes

Pull-ups x 5
Wall Ball Shots x 10
Burpees x 15
Jumping Jacks x 20

  1. did everythign RX except the burpees, which i scaled to 10. completed 8.5 rounds. Was on the mark until round 4, then i gassed.

    tabata finisher: 78. low to what i used to be capable of, which was definitely in the nineties. as phaleo said, " that was a lifetime ago." hmphhh!
