  1. first part was a killer on my back. burpees hurtee. finished in 7:30

    Did 20 lbs total for thrusters. finished quickly, but then got stuck on pull-ups. no band assistance. did 35 until my back froze up. ran the 1.5 at an even pace. finished at 29:something. good workout!
