30 squats
25 walking lunges
20 db thrusters
15 box jumps
10 burpees

  1. Cheryl and I got stuck in traffic. At 6:20 in bumper to bumper traffic, we pulled over in the middle of Midtown and did the work out.

    We subbed db thrusters with tricep dips and box jumps with "bench" jumps (aprox 18").

    Cheryl's time: 32:10
    Jenn's time: 30:51

    Not sure how that compares, but we're really happy we did it! It definitely helps to have others around for motivation...

    No traffic on the way home after that!
